1. Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to administrators, project owners, team members, customers, visitors, and anyone else who uses pages or services delivered by Flectar Base. If you use a project website, booking page, listing page, file share, message thread, payment page, or account portal, you are using the service.
Some projects may have separate written agreements, venue terms, booking policies, refund rules, house rules, or customer contracts. Those project-specific terms apply to the goods, services, reservations, events, subscriptions, or listings offered by that project. If there is a conflict about a project owner's own services, the project-specific terms control that part of the relationship.
2. Accounts And Access
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your sign-in methods, and all activity under your account. The platform supports email codes, magic links, passwords, Google sign-in where enabled, multiple sessions, password resets, and two-factor authentication. You must not share credentials, bypass security checks, or use another person's account without permission.
Team and organization permissions are role-based. Project owners and administrators are responsible for granting the correct access level, removing access when it is no longer needed, and reviewing audit logs where available.
3. Projects, Websites, And Customer Flows
Project owners may use Flectar Base to publish websites, pages, menus, property listings, link hubs, blog content, media, booking services, subscriptions, invoices, files, customer records, messages, analytics, and other operational data. Project owners are responsible for the content they publish, the services they sell, the prices they display, the policies they set, and the legal notices required for their business.
Customers and visitors must provide truthful information, respect booking and payment deadlines, and use public forms only for legitimate requests. Fake bookings, abusive messages, scraping, spam, payment abuse, and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.
4. Payments, Billing, And Taxes
The platform can support platform subscriptions, project billing, invoices, booking deposits, card guarantees, card payments, Bizum, Redsys, Stripe, PayPal, manual payments, and subscription collection depending on project configuration. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers and may be subject to their own terms.
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, fees, taxes, payment deadlines, refunds, cancellations, no-show charges, and chargebacks are governed by the relevant project policy, checkout terms, invoice, subscription terms, or payment provider rules. Project owners are responsible for tax configuration, invoice profile accuracy, legally required billing records, and customer refund handling.
5. Integrations And Third-Party Services
Flectar Base can connect with services such as Google OAuth, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Places, Instagram, Resales Online, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio SMS, Resend email, Stripe, Redsys, PayPal, Meta Pixel, S3-compatible storage, Cloudflare Turnstile, domain provisioning, and AI providers. Integrations are optional unless required for a specific feature.
When an integration is enabled, the project owner confirms that they have the right to connect that account, process the related data, and comply with the provider's rules. Third-party outages, API changes, rate limits, rejected messages, payment declines, or disconnected accounts may affect platform features.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, mislead customers, or publish unlawful content.
- Collect personal data without a valid reason or without required notices and consents.
- Send spam, phishing, malware, abusive messages, or unauthorized marketing.
- Attack, scan, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass security controls.
- Upload content that contains viruses, stolen data, secrets, or material you are not allowed to use.
- Use payments, bookings, coupons, subscriptions, or refunds fraudulently.
7. Content And Intellectual Property
Project owners and users keep ownership of content they submit, subject to the rights needed to host, process, display, optimize, back up, transmit, secure, and operate that content. You confirm that you have all rights needed for logos, images, text, product data, listings, reviews, files, and other materials you upload or connect.
The platform software, user interface, code, design system, documentation, logos, and service infrastructure remain owned by their respective owners. These terms do not grant rights to copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from the platform.
8. AI Features
Some projects may enable AI-assisted features for public assistants, admin workflows, summaries, drafts, or operational support. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before use. You must not submit sensitive, unlawful, or third-party confidential information to AI features unless you are allowed to do so and the project has enabled the feature for that purpose.
9. Availability, Changes, And Suspension
The service may change as features are added, updated, limited, or removed. Access may be paused for maintenance, security, unpaid invoices, inactive subscriptions, legal concerns, abuse, integration failures, or project status changes. We may block requests, limit traffic, reject oversized submissions, enforce rate limits, and remove access where needed to protect the platform, projects, customers, and visitors.
10. Disclaimers And Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where a signed agreement states otherwise. We do not guarantee that every feature, integration, message, payment, sync, analytics event, AI response, or public page will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by project content, third-party providers, customer conduct, integration outages, payment provider decisions, or data submitted by users.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Project owners may need to export data, cancel subscriptions, settle invoices, disconnect integrations, or provide notices to customers before closing a project. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, unpaid charges, legal requirements, or misuse.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. If you are a customer of a project powered by Flectar Base, contact that project first for questions about its bookings, refunds, services, invoices, listings, venue rules, or customer account.
